We operate Adonis Hub at travel.adonisgroup.us, an online platform that:
Unless we expressly identify ourselves as the merchant of record for a specific Listing, you acknowledge that:
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter a binding contract. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements. If you use the Platform on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.
You may register using email and password and/or Google sign-in. You agree to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security or legal risk.
As a Buyer, you agree to:
Vendors who list on the Platform agree to:
We may require identity verification, proof of address, business credentials, or other documentation before approving a Vendor or specific Listing categories (especially travel and regulated services). By registering as a Vendor, you consent to collection and retention of verification data as described in our Privacy Policy, and to disclosure to authorities or affected Buyers where legally required or necessary to resolve legitimate disputes.
Approved Vendors may receive sales proceeds in a platform wallet subject to our payout rules, pending periods, minimum withdrawal amounts, and anti-fraud checks. You are responsible for providing accurate payout details. We may withhold or reverse payouts where fraud, chargebacks, or Terms violations are suspected.
Travel programs and experiences are provided by independent Vendors or guides. When you submit a booking request or complete a paid booking, you enter into a contract with the relevant provider for the experience itself. Adonis Global may collect payment as a commercial agent or payment facilitator as disclosed at checkout.
Marketplace Orders currently include courses, digital downloads, and books (including PDF). Upon successful payment:
Payments are processed by Stripe (or other providers we designate). By paying through the Platform, you also agree to Stripe’s applicable terms. Prices may be shown in USD or other currencies as indicated. Taxes, duties, and platform service fees (if any) will be disclosed before you confirm payment.
We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
Unless a Listing states a different policy approved by us, the following applies to travel bookings:
The 48-hour window is calculated from the scheduled start time in the local time zone of the experience.
If you are a consumer in the UK, EU, or another jurisdiction with mandatory distance-selling rules, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, for Digital Content delivered immediately, that right may not apply where:
as permitted by applicable law (e.g. UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, EU Consumer Rights Directive). This acknowledgement may be presented at checkout for digital products.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights regarding faulty, not-as-described, or undelivered products and services. Contact the Vendor first; if unresolved, email legal@adonisgroup.us. We will review disputes in good faith within 7 business days and may facilitate refunds where appropriate under Platform policies and applicable law.
Submitting fraudulent chargebacks or abuse of payment dispute processes may result in account suspension and recovery of associated costs.
You must not:
Platform branding, software, and design are owned by Adonis Global Ltd or its licensors. Vendors retain ownership of their Listing content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, translate, and promote Listings on the Platform and in marketing materials.
If you believe content infringes your rights, notify legal@adonisgroup.us with sufficient detail for us to review the complaint.
We may remove, restrict, or refuse any Listing or account that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our community standards. Users in the EU/EEA and UK may report illegal content or policy violations to legal@adonisgroup.us. We will review reports and take appropriate action in line with applicable platform regulations (including the EU Digital Services Act where applicable).
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement regarding third-party Listings and uninterrupted Platform availability.
Mandatory statutory warranties and consumer rights in your jurisdiction are not affected.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Adonis Global shall not be liable for:
Our total aggregate liability to you for claims arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid to us through the Platform in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) £100, except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory consumer protection law.
You agree to indemnify Adonis Global Ltd and its officers, directors, and employees against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your Listings, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights — except to the extent caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, create legal or security risk, or where required by law. You may close your account by contacting us. Provisions that by nature should survive (payment obligations, liability limits, indemnities, governing law) will survive termination.
We encourage you to contact us first at legal@adonisgroup.us to resolve disputes informally. If you are an EU consumer, you may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with mandatory local jurisdiction rules, you may also bring proceedings in your country of residence as permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or a prominent Platform notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires your explicit consent.
