We may require identity verification, proof of address, business credentials, valid licences, or other documentation before approving a Vendor or specific Listing categories — particularly for travel, guided experiences, and regulated services. By registering as a Vendor, you consent to collection and retention of verification data as described in our Privacy Policy, and to its disclosure to competent authorities or affected Buyers where legally required or necessary to resolve legitimate disputes.
Approved Vendors may receive sales proceeds into a Platform wallet, subject to our payout rules, pending periods, minimum withdrawal thresholds, and anti-fraud checks. You are responsible for providing accurate payout details. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse payouts where fraud, chargebacks, or violations of these Terms are suspected or confirmed, pending investigation.
Travel programs and experiences listed on Adonis Hub are provided by independent Vendors and guides. When you submit a booking request or complete a paid Booking, you form a direct contract with the relevant Vendor for the experience itself.
Adonis Hub may collect payment as a commercial agent or payment facilitator on behalf of the Vendor, as disclosed at checkout. Our role in collecting payment does not make us the provider of the experience or responsible for its delivery.
We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain appropriate travel insurance before departure, including cover for cancellation, medical emergencies, and activity-specific risks.
Marketplace Orders currently include online courses, digital downloads, and PDF books. Upon successful payment confirmation:

Payments on the Platform are processed by Stripe, Inc. By completing a purchase or booking, you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms of service. Prices may be displayed in USD or other currencies as indicated on the Listing page.
Any applicable taxes, duties, and platform service fees will be disclosed to you before you confirm payment. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Payment card data is handled exclusively by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
For certain bookings, alternative payment methods (including bank transfer or WhatsApp-coordinated payment) may be offered as disclosed at checkout. Completing payment through any channel constitutes confirmation of your Booking or Order.
Unless a specific Listing states a different policy approved by us, the following default policy applies to travel Bookings:
The 48-hour window is calculated from the scheduled start time in the local time zone of the experience location.
If you are a consumer in the UK, EU, or another jurisdiction with mandatory distance-selling rules, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. However, this right may not apply to Digital Content supplied immediately where:

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights in relation to faulty, not-as-described, or undelivered products and services. If you experience such an issue, contact the Vendor first. If the matter is unresolved, email us at support@adonisgroup.us. We will review disputes in good faith within 7 business days and may facilitate refunds where appropriate under Platform policies and applicable law.
Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or abusing payment dispute processes may result in immediate account suspension and recovery of associated costs and losses from you.

All Platform branding, software, design, user interface elements, and content created by Adonis Hub are the intellectual property of Adonis Global Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
Vendors retain ownership of their Listing content. By publishing a Listing on the Platform, Vendors grant Adonis Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, translate, and promote the Listing content on the Platform and in marketing materials related to the Platform.
If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, notify us with full details at legal@adonisgroup.us.
We reserve the right to remove, restrict, or refuse any Listing, account, or content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our community standards — without prior notice where immediate action is necessary.
Users in the EU/EEA and UK may report illegal content, fraudulent Listings, or policy violations by emailing legal@adonisgroup.us. We will review reports and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable platform regulations, including the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) where applicable.
The Platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Adonis Global Ltd disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability with respect to:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Adonis Global Ltd shall not be liable for:
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amounts you paid to us through the Platform in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim, or (b) £100 GBP — except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory consumer protection law applicable to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Adonis Global Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your use of the Platform; your Listings or vendor activities; your breach of these Terms; or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights — except to the extent directly caused by our own negligence or wilful misconduct.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms, create a legal, security, or reputational risk to us or other users, or where required by applicable law or regulatory order.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@adonisgroup.us. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply — including payment obligations, intellectual property rights, limitations of liability, indemnification obligations, and governing law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform.
However, if you are a consumer residing in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with mandatory local jurisdiction rules, you may also bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence as permitted by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect (where reasonably practicable). Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires your explicit consent.
