Adonis Hub is a technology marketplace intermediary, not a travel agency. Payment is processed via Stripe. Platform infrastructure runs on Google Firebase / Firestore.
The data controller for personal data processed through Adonis Hub is Adonis Global Ltd, except where a Vendor acts as an independent controller for data they receive directly from you for fulfilment purposes.

The Platform is intended solely for persons aged 18 years and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, please contact privacy@adonisgroup.us and we will take appropriate steps to delete that data promptly.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or vendor delivery links (e.g. external course platforms or download URLs). These third parties operate under their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their data practices. Travel experiences may involve independent providers who process your personal data under their own terms once it has been shared with them for fulfilment.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email (where we hold your address), a prominent notice on the Platform, or both. The "Effective date" at the top of this document reflects the current version. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
